1st method:
1. Switch off your cell phone.
2. Then press Power button once
3. Now press and hold Volume Down until you see exclamation mark on the screen.
4. Next press this keys in sequence:
Volume Up - Volume Down - Power button - Volume Down.
After that your device will reset to factory settings.
2nd method:
1. Power on the device.
2. Reset NOKIA Lumia or Microsoft
3. Go to Settings - about - reset your phone.
Confirm your decision, and wait to finish operation.
